IsaStudyzone is a marketplace that connects learners with tutors and skill providers. We facilitate discovery, booking and messaging, but we are not a party to the relationship between you and the other user.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and must be at least the age required in your country to consent to these terms.

Prices shown include a transparent service fee. Sessions are booked through the platform. Providers set their own rates and availability; we process payments and remit earnings to providers on the agreed schedule.

Cancellation terms are shown at booking. Where a session is cancelled by a provider, learners receive a full refund. Refunds for learner cancellations follow the terms shown for that booking.

You agree to treat other users with respect, not to misuse the platform, and not to share content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

Our service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
